  • Personal Use: You represent that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale. Reselling alcohol without a proper license is a violation of law and these Terms.

We strive for accuracy, but product appearance (labels, bottle shapes, colors) may vary slightly from the images on your screen. Descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products offered or to discontinue products at our sole discretion.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY (ALCOHOL RESTRICTIONS)

Shipping alcohol is subject to strict state and federal regulations.

  • Adult Signature Required: Federal law requires an adult signature (21+) with a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery. 
  • Delivery Failures: If no adult is present to sign for the package, or if the recipient is unable to provide valid ID, the carrier will not deliver the package. You may be responsible for additional shipping fees for redelivery or returns. See shipping policy.
  • Prohibited States: We can only ship to jurisdictions where the sale and shipment of alcohol is legal. If your shipping address is in a "dry" county or a state where we are not licensed to ship, your order will be cancelled.
  • Risk of Loss: Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or customs charges unless stated. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We may provide access to third-party tools (like age verification software) or links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of these third parties. Use of these tools is at your own risk.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

YRB Beverage Corp is powered by Shopify. You acknowledge that Shopify is a platform provider and is not responsible for the sale, delivery, or legality of the alcohol products purchased through this store. You release Shopify from all claims arising from your transactions with YRB Beverage Corp.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. Because we sell age-restricted products, we may collect and store data related to age verification as required by law.
